- A General Practitioner (GP) referral is required to access benefits.
- Medicare may cover up to five chiropractic visits per year.

✔ Obtain a CDM referral from your GP.
✔ Ensure your GP prepares a Care Plan outlining treatment needs.

How the Medicare CDM Plan Works
- Visit Your GP – Discuss your condition and request a referral for chiropractic care.
- Receive a Care Plan – Your GP will create a CDM/EPC plan and specify up to five sessions.
