Affordable Chiropractic Care for Everyone

Health Insurance & Chiropractic Cover
If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible for a rebate on your chiropractic treatments. Many health funds cover chiropractic care under extras policies. We recommend checking with your provider to confirm your level of coverage.

  • On-the-spot claims are available through HICAPS for eligible insurers.
  • Patients only pay the gap amount after their rebate is applied.
  • If your provider does not support HICAPS, we issue invoices for manual claims.

Medicare Coverage for Chiropractic Care
Some patients may qualify for Medicare’s Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan, previously known as the EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) program. If eligible:

  • Your GP must provide a referral for chiropractic treatment under the plan.
  • Medicare may cover up to five visits per year.
  • Bulk billing is available for approved patients, meaning no out-of-pocket expenses for eligible services.

WorkCover & Insurance Claims
Injured at work? Chiropractic care is covered under WorkCover and CTP (Compulsory Third Party) insurance claims.

  • Patients must provide a claim number and referral from their GP.
  • We work directly with insurers to minimize upfront costs for approved claims.
  • Our team assists in managing paperwork to ensure smooth processing.

Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Patients
Eligible DVA Gold and White Card holders can access chiropractic services with a GP referral.

  • Gold Card holders typically receive full coverage for approved treatments.
  • White Card holders may be covered for specific conditions related to service.
  • No out-of-pocket costs apply for approved treatments.

Flexible Payment Options
For those without insurance or coverage, we offer affordable self-payment options:

  • Pay-per-visit: Standard consultation fees apply.
  • Discounted prepaid packages: Save on multiple visits.
  • EFTPOS & Credit Card Payments: Accepted for convenience.
